Today, we serve both private and commercial properties, as well as manufacturers looking for a coating that brings their surfaces to life. We believe that every project needs a professional result – it makes a home or venue as beautiful as it deserves to be.
That’s why we’ve invested in endless colour choices, a Commercial Spray Booth, and multi-coat techniques that guarantee a long life in any environment.
This lets us complete any project in as little as a day. We visit, consult with, and help clients pick their perfect colour scheme. But we never overstretch ourselves. Our attention stays with you.
Our family is always growing
We Spray’s founder, Elliott, has been spraying professionally for many years. He wanted to improve, challenge himself and build a team that took his own family values as their own.
So, first, he brought his partner on board. Laura’s management skills and Elliott’s spraying expertise are We Spray’s foundation. In the beginning, the couple roped in mums, dads, brothers and sisters to help.
In 2018, Emma joined the team. She brought twelve years of spraying experience with her, as well as a ton of enthusiasm. We then hired her husband, Brad – they’re an amazing pair who specialise in interior coatings.
Brad can turn his hand to anything so he can often be found making alterations to our spray booth!
Connor joined us in 2018 when he was 18 as a labourer but we quickly realised he had the skills to become an excellent sprayer. Trained by Emma he now takes on his own large projects and completes them to perfection.
Dave joined us in 2019 he was an experienced vehicle sprayer and led teams to successfully complete many projects so we thought he would be a real asset. After a few months Dave’s brother Jim joined the team as a labourer. He has a real attention to detail which is proven by his excellent art work so again a perfect fit and just who we were looking for.
We also have Daniel and Nathan, who have recently joined our team and help with the spray preparation. Their commitment to the company has been outstanding and they have become real assets to our team.
Last but by no means least we have Jenny who is office manager. Her love for organisation, customer service expertise and articulate, creative blog writing skills are pivotal to the success of our company.
We are small enough to care about every person who works for us, yet can deliver on large, complex projects without skipping a beat.
