Are sprayed kitchens guaranteed? We Spray uPVC offer a guarantee that the paint we’ve applied in your kitchen will not crack, flake or peel for 10 years. We’ve heard that some spray businesses offer no guarantee, some offer a guarantee for a lesser amount of years and some do not offer guarantees free of charge but only warranties, which incur a fee in addition to the fee charged for the spray.
We’ve set out a straightforward guarantee which is easy enough for everyone to understand. There are of course some exclusions (e.g. damage caused by the use of solvents and deep scratches/dints that are not caused by normal wear and tear) but these are set out clearly, rather than hidden amidst confusing provisions.
The reason that we’ve decided to offer this great guarantee to our customers is because we want them to have confidence that they’re going to receive the service that they’ve paid for. That is why we invest in the best equipment, use the market leading paint and employ highly skilled workers who strive to meet our high standards. If for whatever reason the finish isn’t up to scratch, we promise to stand by our service pledge and come out to resolve the issue free of charge.
