Yes, we specialise in kitchen spraying and we regularly spray over glossy kitchen cabinets. Gloss is a shiny finish which reflects a lot of light and this finish used to be very popular in kitchens. More recently, we’ve found that customers have been looking to paint over their high gloss kitchens. Due to being so reflective, the colour of gloss cabinets can appear inconsistent as other colours within the kitchen can be reflected onto them. Also, fingerprints, smudges and scratches can be more noticeable on gloss surfaces. Most of our customers therefore choose to have their glossy kitchens spray painted in our 30% satin sheen however we do also offer 10% matte and 70% low gloss sheens, with low gloss being less reflective than high gloss.
