Items Excluded From Our Guarantee
After a spray has been completed, whether that be a kitchen spray, furniture spray, window spray or any other spray, our aim is to support our customers, to ensure that they are completely satisfied. When working with paint, there is a small element of unpredictability as paint can be affected by many factors, such as the surface that the paint is being applied to and issues can occasionally become apparent during the drying time as the paint cures. Over 99% of our sprays are completed without any issue however for that 1% where an issue is identified, we are extremely proactive in resolving that issue.
As you will see from the below review screenshots, we are extremely fast at resolving issues, we return when needed without any fuss and nothing is too much trouble for us, as we will do everything that we can to sort any problems. Where our 10 year guarantee applies, we honour and stand by it and even if an issue arises where our guarantee is inapplicable, we are still accommodating, as you will see below.

Items Excluded From Our Guarantee
The vast majority of the sprays that we carry out are covered by our 10 year guarantee. There are occasionally sprays that are not covered, such as the spray of previously painted items and tiles and if this is the case, it is always made clear that our guarantee would be inapplicable before that spray is booked in and also when we send our written spray confirmation upon booking the spray.
The below customer had her kitchen wall tiles sprayed by one of our teams and as just mentioned, tiles are excluded from our guarantee. You will see from the below customer’s review that despite the fault being her own and relating to her tiles, we still did everything that we could to resolve the matter!
