What Qualities should a Great Window Spraying Company Possess?
- Customer service should be excellent. Staff should be friendly and happy to help.
- Spray Technicians and other staff members should be professional, experienced and skilful. They should be hardworking, pay attention to detail and be able to achieve an immaculate finish.
- Staff should have great timekeeping skills, turning up to complete the job on the arranged date at the arranged time.
- Staff should carry out adequate preparation prior to commencing spraying, to ensure that there is no overspray and they should tidy afterwards, so that the customer does not have to deal with any mess left behind.
- Customers should feel that they have been provided with a great service that offered value for money.
If you can, find a company who asks for both positive and negative reviews. You will see from our Trustpilot page that we “actively ask customers to write reviews using Trustpilot’s invitation services” which they say “may result in a more representative star rating.”
