How Much Does a Kitchen Spray Cost?

Charlie and Emma completed the spray of the kitchen as seen in the below photos towards the end of April. This spray was completed in Tameside, a borough in Greater Manchester which is nearby to our showroom and spray booth in Stockport. Our spray teams regularly spray paint both indoors (such as kitchen and furniture sprays) and outdoors (such as door and window sprays) in Tameside, including in Ashton-under-Lyne, Audenshaw, Denton, Droylsden, Dukinfield, Hyde, Longdendale, Mossley and Stalybridge.

Kitchen Spraying from Gloss to Satin

Our customers’ kitchen was initially glossy. Many customers ask whether it is possible to spray paint a gloss kitchen and it certainly is. We are able to transform a kitchen from gloss to 10% matte, 30% satin or 70% low gloss. These customers chose to have their kitchen painted in a satin finish and this is our most popular kitchen spray finish. Before spraying our coating, our spray team will prepare the surface by scotching it to reduce the sheen. They then apply an initial dust coat and further coats in the sheen that each customer has chosen until they have reached an even coverage using their specialised spray equipment.

Kitchen Spraying from Grey to White

Our customers chose to have their kitchen sprayed in High Opacity White, our most popular shade of white. We love this bright white alongside our customers’ refreshing and zesty lime green splashback!

If you are interested in having your kitchen spray painted white, we would recommend that you have a read of this blog post which includes photos of kitchen resprays carried out in High Opacity White as well as in Farrow and Ball whites and RAL white colours. We can paint kitchens both lighter and darker than their original colour and so even if you have a much darker kitchen than this kitchen, our experienced teams will still be able to paint it in white for you.

Kitchen Spray in a Day

A kitchen spray job typically takes 1-3 days for the work to be completed. This kitchen took Emma and Charlie just one day to spray! Our teams arrive between 8.30am and 9am and they are usually finished by around 5.30pm. Why would you put yourself through the hassle and mess of a full kitchen replacement when we can transform your kitchen in so little time?

Kitchen Spraying Preparation

When customers initially get in touch with us in relation to our kitchen spray service, they often ask whether the spray will take place at their home or at our spray booth. Whilst we carry out sprays of brand new items for manufacturers from our spray booth, we rarely spray kitchens at the booth as we almost always spray them on site. The reason for this is because the fixed parts of the kitchen, such as the end panels, plinths, cornices, pelmets and carcass fronts, need to be sprayed on site due to them being fixed in place. It is therefore much quicker to complete the whole spray on site rather than taking the doors and drawers away to our workshop, as our teams need to protect our customers’ ceilings, flooring, walls and worktops (using blue film, masking paper and sheeting) anyway.

How Much Does a Kitchen Spray Cost?

Whether you are local to us in Tameside or further away, we can provide you with a free, no obligation estimate for the spray of your kitchen based on seeing photos or a video of your kitchen. You can click here to see our contact details. For customers who are local to us, such as the customers above who were based in Denton, we can arrange to visit in person after you have reviewed our estimate, to take a closer look at your kitchen (or other items to be spray painted) and to provide a confirmed price. For customers who are over an hour’s drive from our base in Stockport, we usually provide the confirmed cost by carrying out a video call to look closer, rather than visiting in person. We look forward to hearing from you!
